1. Quiet hours and noise
Complete quiet must be observed between 22:00 and 08:00, both inside the apartment and in the communal areas.
Speakers and loud music are not allowed at any time of day. During the day, music and television must be kept at a volume that cannot be heard from the landing or from the neighbouring flats.
The same rules apply on the terrace, on balconies and at open windows, all the more so at night: sound travels between courtyards and façades.
2. Communal areas of the building
The entrance hall, lift, stairs and landings are shared with the neighbours and are for passing through, not for gathering or playing. Please keep your voice down when coming and going, especially late at night.
Leaving rubbish bags, pushchairs, bicycles, luggage or any other object on the landing, in the corridors or in the stairwell is prohibited.
The building’s furniture and fittings should be treated with the same care as those inside the apartment.
3. Maximum occupancy and visitors
The apartment has a maximum capacity of 6 people. Neither staying nor sleeping over is permitted for anyone beyond those registered on the booking.
Admitting anyone who is not staying must be agreed with the owners in advance. Under no circumstances may they stay overnight.
4. Rubbish
Rubbish goes in the municipal containers out on the street, within the hours permitted by the local by-law and sorted for recycling.
Bags must be taken down closed and with waste sorted. They may not be left on the landing, in the entrance hall or in the stairwell, not even temporarily.
5. Parties and events
Parties, celebrations and events of any kind are strictly prohibited in the apartment and in the communal areas of the building.
This rule admits no exceptions, and breaching it is treated as a serious breach for the purposes of section 7.
6. Pets, smoking and other uses
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in the communal areas of the building.
- The apartment may not be used for anything other than accommodation (business meetings, filming, commercial photo shoots and the like) without prior written permission.
- For safety reasons, the electrical, gas and heating installations must not be tampered with beyond their normal use.
7. Breach of these rules
Article 37.5 of Valencian Law 3/1998 on Tourism, Leisure and Hospitality, as amended by Decree-Law 9/2024, provides that these rules are binding on guests.
In the event of a breach, the owners will require it to stop immediately. If the breach is serious, the owners are entitled to require you to leave the property; if that requirement is not met, the police may be called.
In that case, and as stipulated in our Booking terms, leaving gives no right to a refund of the amounts paid for the booking.
8. Support during your stay
For any problem, breakdown or urgent matter you can reach us 24 hours a day on +34 646 760 633, by call or WhatsApp.
If something breaks or stops working, please tell us as soon as you can: almost everything is easy to sort out, and what makes it hard is finding out at the end of the stay.
For a medical, fire or security emergency, the single emergency number in Spain is 112.
